[HN] FIELD TRIP TO HAI PHONG

EuroCham is pleased to invite you to an exciting one-day Field Trip to Hai Phong on Friday, 24 October 2025!

This trip offers a great opportunity to explore business potential in one of Vietnam’s fastest-growing regions, while also enjoying cultural and networking activities.

You will have the chance to:
🤝 Meet with the Hai Phong People’s Committee to learn about investment opportunities and development plans.
🏗 Visit the DEEP C Industrial Zones, a leading hub for sustainable industrial development.
🍻 Enjoy the Belgian Beer & Food Culture Festival – B.Fest with great food, drinks, and networking.

Location: Hai Phong City
Time: 11 AM – 9 PM (or 9 AM – 25 October 2025)

Fee (includes transportation & B.Fest ticket):

           • EuroCham Members: 550,000VND/pax

           • Non – members: 750,000VND/pax

EuroCham will arrange 2 return shuttles to Hanoi:

          • At 9 PM on the same day (24 October)

          • At 9 AM the following day (25 October)

*Please note that:

        • The next-day shuttle (9 AM – 25 October) will only be available if there are at least 10 registered participants. Overnight hotel costs will be at participants’ own expense.

        • Cancellation must be made at least 48 hours before the event; otherwise, full charge (550,000VND/pax or 750,000VND/pax) will be applied.
