Lee Yun-HanDirector in Deloitte Consulting Southeast Asia’s Human Capital
Mr. Lee Yun-Han is a Director in Deloitte Consulting Southeast Asia’s Human Capital practice, where he leads high-impact initiatives in organisation transformation as well as strategic and technological change. Based in Kuala Lumpur, he serves as the Strategic and Technology Change Management Offering Leader for Southeast Asia, and oversees the Organisation Transformation practice for Malaysia and Vietnam.
With nearly 20 years of experience in human capital consulting, Yun-Han has guided leading businesses and government agencies across Southeast Asia in driving transformational change and achieving sustainable workforce outcomes. He is a sought-after speaker and thought leader, regularly engaging with clients and media on Deloitte’s Human Capital Trends and the Future of Work.
Before joining Deloitte, Yun-Han held senior leadership roles in several Big Four and global consulting firms, where he built and led high-performing teams focused on workforce strategy and organizational effectiveness. -
Vo Kim ThoaSenior Manager in Deloitte Consulting Southeast Asia’s Human Capital practice
Ms. Thoa Vo is a Senior Manager in the Human Capital practice in South East Asia. Thoa has over 19 years of experience in Organisational Development, People Development and Strategic Change related projects. She has supported Multinational Companies and Large Vietnamese Corporates in their restructuring process, organization design and people development, including the implementation of new structures and Change Management processes. Examples of recent experience is designing the operating model, organisational structure and reskill/upskill the entire workforce to ensure the organization productivity. She has working experience in UK, Australia and Vietnam.
