The STC Group, a public Institute merely subsidized by the Dutch Government, is a worldwide operating educational, research and consultancy institution for the shipping, logistics, transportation and process industry. STC Group offers various training and courses in these areas for levels between pre-vocational and Masters. Our global network enables the STC Group to contribute significantly to the worldwide labor market for transport in all its facets. • Visual Database Development for bridge and port simulations including 2D and 3D databases of ports, rivers, all types of ship models and off-shore super-infrastructures around the world.
• Scenario and application development for the Transport Chain Simulator (TCS ®)
• Animation video development
These scenarios and documentaries play an important role not only in the courses, trainings and education but also providing creative and productive service to meet all diversified client’s requirements at high standard that the STC Group offers worldwide, as well as giving supports and promotion for the STC Group's activities in Vietnam.
UT-STC
The Maritime Education and Human Resource Center, UT-STC in brief, is a fully accredited and approved training center for the maritime industry. It is licensed to conduct all STC training courses which are carried out to the highest international standards. UT-STC, as a representative for shipping companies, also acts as a crewing and manning agent for Vietnamese seafarers supplying maritime officers to the international merchant fleet.

TANCANG-STC (Human Resource Development LLC) carries out consultancy and courses for port operations, port management, the logistics and supply chain, occupational safety and health and any tailor made course in the field of port operations and logistics, including Specialized Maritime & Logistics English courses.
