PLV’s largest project is Habotec, a bio–hi–tech park, located on a 200-ha site in Bac Tu Liem District, Hanoi. The 1/200 master plan will be approved on the 31st of March 2025 and groundbreaking will be on the 02 of September 2025. It will combine various real estate uses as follows:
