GreenViet, as its name & its slogan “Building Sustainable Practices” suggest, has a clear vision to contribute to a greener Vietnam since its foundation.
GreenViet is one of the first consultants in Vietnam to focus on Sustainable Construction and Green Building. Before setting up Greenviet, our founders accumulated their experience through working on many green building projects since 2008 when Vietnam had its first projects designed and built to LEED standards.
Now we continue our professional work with LEED, LOTUS and Green Mark projects, and so far we have completed over 150 projects in Vietnam and across Southeast Asia. We take over more than 50% of Vietnam's green building market, which has fortified our leading position in the country so far.
Experience accumulated from many big Green Building projects of many types including manufacturing facilities, commercial, office and residential projects.
Diversified backgrounds: Our team members come from various backgrounds including: Construction, Environmental, Mechanical, Electrical, Energy and Archicture. This diversified knowledge allows us to cover all aspects of integrated design in a project as required in Green Building Rating Tools.
In-house simulations and commissioning expertise: In every green building project, passive design together with active solutions are always the main factors impacting energy consumption and comfort for inhabitants. Our expertise on simulations for energy, lighting and ventilation facilitates a deep analysis during the design stage.
