PM3 SIP is a key project of Ba Ria-Vung Tau Province, belonging to Province-based Economic Growth program of The Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA). As the chosen model industrial park of both Vietnamese and Japanese governments, PM3 SIP has received precious supports from government agencies.
