In 2023, it was the only international NGO in Vietnam to receive the prestigious Certificate of Merit from the Minister of Labor, Invalids, and Social Affairs, recognizing its significant contributions to improving the lives of children. The recognition continued in 2024, with Save the Children being honored by the Vietnam Union of Friendship Organizations (VUFO) during a ceremony celebrating the contributions of international NGOs. This marked the third consecutive year Save the Children received this esteemed award, underscoring its unwavering commitment to the well-being of children and its role in fostering Vietnam’s sustainable development.
