PLV’s largest project is Habotec, a bio–hi–tech park, located on a 200-ha site in Bac Tu Liem District, Hanoi. The 1/2000 master plan was approved in August 2025 and groundbreaking followed in September 2025. It will combine various real estate uses as follows:
