ofi (olam food ingredients) is a new operating group born out of Olam Group. ofi offers sustainable, natural, value-added food products and ingredients so that consumers can enjoy the healthy and indulgent products they love. ofi commenced operations in Vietnam in 1997, setting up its representative office. Since then, we have established an extensive presence across different parts of Vietnam, including our head office in Ho Chi Minh City and regional offices in Binh Dinh, Long An, Dong Nai, Phu Yen, Lam Dong, Gia Lai and Yen Bai Provinces.
Today, ofi Vietnam is currently the largest exporter of Cashews, Pepper & Instant Coffee in Vietnam, and running seven large factories across Central & South Vietnam. Our operations have an interface with a farmer network of thousands of farmers. We are also amongst the largest exporter of Green Coffee in Vietnam.
With over 4,500 employees, ofi Vietnam continues to invest in its people to drive performance and productivity, through a three-pronged approach: Employee engagement activities, diverse and inclusive culture and talent development programs.
Our sustainability agenda in Vietnam is implemented across all business units, including Nuts, Spices, and Coffee. ‘Choices for Change’ is our new strategy that sets ambitious targets for 2030. These strategies deliver long-term impact across four critical pillars: Prosperous Farmers, Thriving Communities, Climate Action, and Regenerating the Living World, all aspects are built on the foundation of Supply Chain Excellence.
