Institut Européen de Coopération et de Développement (IECD), a French NGO operating in 14 countries, has supported human and economic development in Vietnam through vocational training, youth employability and micro and small enterprise empowerment since 2013.
IECD has been working on 5 sustainable projects in Vietnam:
1. Micro and Small Entrepreneurs Support Program (MSE): hundreds of free training courses on starting and managing businesses as well as "Training for Trainers" to support sustainable economic development since 2013.

4. Association of Southeast Asian Social Enterprises for Training in Hospitality & Catering (ASSET-H&C) connecting 12 H&C social enterprises in SEA region since 2017.
5. La Boulangerie Française – HCMC, since 2017, a social enterprise providing French bakery & pastry trainings for vulnerable youths and sell their products to cover the operational cost.
