Our Hanoi office was the first licensed office of any foreign law firm in Hanoi (opening in 1993), with our Ho Chi Minh City office subsequently opening in 1997. In Ho Chi Minh City, our Partners are Robert Fish and Linh Bui. Robert has worked extensively on cross-border financing, foreign investment and M&A deals into Vietnam for the past 13 years. Linh focuses on cross-border M&A transactions for foreign investors, including private equity investors, and has particular expertise in competition/antitrust law.
In Hanoi, our partners Melissa Keane and Giles Cooper specialise in all aspects of large-scale energy and infrastructure projects – including project development, financing, acquisition and construction.
