Ministry of Finance issued Circular 60/2019/TT-BTC. The circular takes place from 15 Oct 2019. In order to timely provide new regulations on customs valuation in Circular 60/2019/TT-BTC amending and supplementing Minister of Finance’s Circular 39/2015/TT-BTC on customs valuation for import and export goods, VCCI in collaboration with the Import and Export Tax Department – General Department of Customs organise a training course for businesses.
