Last week, the government issued a new Resolution to provide support for businesses amid the on-going COVID-19 pandemic. Issued on 9 September, Resolution No. 105/NQ-CP aims to create the conditions for companies to maintain their commercial operations and recover from the current outbreak.
In particular, Resolution 105 assigns respective government ministries to propose solutions to ensure the continued prioritization and roll out of vaccinations, remote medical examinations, a ‘green-channel’ to ensure the smooth circulation of goods, the maintenance of supply chains, e-signatures and other digital business solutions to ease bottlenecks, and streamlining work permits for foreign workers.
