    Khanh Nguyen
    Senior Associate at Rouse Legal Vietnam

    Khanh is a qualified lawyer and a registered IP agent before the Intellectual Property Office of Vietnam. Apart from over 7 years of extensive experience in IP enforcement and management, he also excels at consulting matters related to commercial law, personal data protection, cybersecurity, media, and advertising law. His practice lays special focus on dispute resolution and has been serving many clients from various industries around the world in protecting their IP rights in Vietnam.

    Khanh holds a LLM in American Legal Studies from Regent University School of Law and Juris Doctor from Handong International Law School. In addition, he has a Bachelor of Law degree in Business Law, University of Economics and Law, Vietnam National University – Ho Chi Minh City. He is also Certified Information Privacy Professional/Europe (CIPP/E) and Certified Information Privacy Manager (CIPM) by International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP).

    Khanh co-authors a wide range of legal articles about intellectual property, cybersecurity, and data privacy published on Rouse Insights. He also frequently speaks at workshops and webinars as a legal expert in these fields.

    Yen has over 17 years of experience in intellectual property. Her specialty in contentious and non-contentious IP matters has a focus on enforcement, protection, and commercialization of trademarks, patents, copyright, and domain names. Her expertise in IP stretches across multiple regions including Vietnam, Laos, and Cambodia. She also has extensive experience in advising clients in data protection and data privacy in Vietnam. Yen has worked with the Digital Committee of the European Chamber of Commerce in Vietnam to contribute comments to the Ministry of Public Security on the draft decree of personal data protection. She also speaks at workshops on data protection and digital transformation in Vietnam and SEA organized by the World Economic Forum and Lexology.

    Yen advises leading multinational companies on optimizing their IP portfolios in Vietnam and has extensive experience in enforcing their rights in trademark appeals/oppositions, trademark litigation, patent disputes as well as domain name disputes at WIPO Arbitration Centre.

    She also handles dealing with media and entertainment law, licensing and franchising, trade secrets, and employment law in relation to intellectual property.

    Yen has notable publications in AsiaLaw & Practice, World Trademark Review, Vietnam Investment Review and Privacy Laws & Business. She has also co-authored the book “International Copyright Law” published by Globe Law and Business.

    Bruno Sivanandan

    Mr. Bruno Sivananda, the CEO and Founder of Cycle, brings a strong computer engineering background to his leadership role. Prior to founding Cycle, he gained valuable experience in OCR technologies while working at ITESOFT. He then transitioned into international project management for TECHNIP, where he successfully implemented ITESOFT solutions across multiple countries, including France, Scotland, Malaysia, Australia, and the US between 2015 and 2016.

    Building upon his achievements, Mr. Sivananda advanced to a consulting position at THALES from 2016 to 2017. During this time, he developed and presented a comprehensive roadmap for ITIL and ISO27001 compliance, with a specific focus on the CMDB and quality.

    Continuing his professional journey, he joined WEAVE (now ONEPOINT) in 2018 and remained with the company until 2020. In his role as an enterprise architect, he undertook two significant assignments. Firstly, he collaborated with CHANEL, where he worked on enhancing the IS data architecture. Additionally, since 2019, Mr. Sivananda has been based in Vietnam, operating his consulting business and serving various clients such as EUROCHAM, OLMIX, CREDIFY, DIROX, DRCOM, DAVENSI, and many others.
