1. Paul FisherCountry Head, JLL Vietnam
Paul Fisher is the country head of Vietnam at JLL, leading the firms 313 employees across leasing, tenant representation, capital markets, consulting and research, valuations, property and asset management, as well as project and development services. This includes oversight of the hotels and facilities management businesses in the country. He has worked in commercial real estate for 20 years across Europe and Asia with posts in London, Frankfurt and Hong Kong before moving to his current role in Vietnam.

2. Stephanie DinhSenior Manager, Workplace Strategy, JLL Vietnam
Stephanie has over 10 years’ experience in workplace briefing, strategy, and change management, delivering hybrid workplaces in Southeast Asia for clients in FMCG, financial services, professional services and pharmaceuticals.
Stephanie has worked in Singapore for the past 10 years and she used to be part of the JLL Consulting Singapore business. She has just returned to Ho Chi Minh recently to offer the same services for our clients in Vietnam market.
Stephanie’s background in real estate and extensive experience in regional markets bring a competitive advantage and a balance perspective to offer to her clients. She particularly focuses on client engagements on all levels to capture the vision of each project and bring together business operational needs and aspirations to successfully deliver projects. Stephanie believes strongly in starting the project right at the very first stages of planning and then going through life cycle of the project in order to ensure the appropriate capital investment and desired outcome. She has completed projects for clients in Vietnam, Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, China, Taiwan, and India. -
4. Soames HinesCEO, Ogilvy Vietnam
Soames took over as CEO of the Ogilvy Group in Vietnam in January 2020. Having started his career with Ogilvy London in 1982, Soames has over 40 years’ experience in the marketing and communications industry. He has held Agency Management and Client CMO roles in Europe (London, Stockholm, Amsterdam) and the Asia Pacific region (Shanghai, Hong Kong, Singapore, and Vietnam). Most of this time with WPP agencies Ogilvy & Mather and J. Walter Thompson.
Prior to moving to Vietnam, Soames spent 12 years based out of Ogilvy Asia’s Regional HQ in Hong Kong where he focused on driving client growth across a portfolio of Ogilvy’s global clients; Yum Brands, Kimberley-Clark, Nestle, Mondelez, and Danone.
In addition to being a trusted advisor to clients, Soames’ current focus is on building culture and capability within Ogilvy Vietnam, as well as pioneering thought leadership in driving Brand Power through “M.A.D. Creativity” (Brand experiences that are more Meaningful, Accessible & Distinctive). Soames’ vision for Ogilvy Vietnam is to help empower the next generation of hybrid and fluid marketing talent by making Ogilvy Vietnam the “Best Place to Work” for GenZ by 2025.

3. Phillip Lee WrightCOO, HSBC Bank Vietnam
Phillip Wright is Chief Operating Officer at HSBC Vietnam where he is responsible for operations, technology and corporate services. Prior to Vietnam, he held regional and country roles for HSBC in Hong Kong, Philippines, Mauritius and New York. He holds a MBA from University of Manchester in the United Kingdom.

5. Leslie John MouatCEO of Marsh Vietnam
Les worked for American International Group for 32 years in a number of senior management positions before joining Marsh Vietnam in 2013 as Chief Executive Officer. At AIG, Les held the following positions.
1982-1986. Managing Director – Papua New Guinea.
1986-1989. EVP and General Manager – Hong Kong.
1989-1992. President and CEO- Philippines, responsible for 5 Group Companies.
Elected Chairman of the Philippines Rating Association and Technical Committees.
1992-2003. Chief Executive Officer for AIG companies in Thailand.
Appointed in 1992 to lead AIG delegation to explore opening Life and Non-Life Companies in Vietnam.
Obtained 100% foreign owned licenses in 1996.
2003-2010. Promoted to Regional President for ASEAN, based in Singapore. Responsible for AIG operations in Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Philippines, Indonesia, Vietnam, Guam and Micronesia.
In 2006 role was expanded to include Hong Kong, Taiwan, China and AIG’s investment in PICC.
Lead a team of over 6,000 employees in a multi- billion dollar region, achieving consistent growth in both
revenue and earnings.
Represented AIG at US ASEAN Business Council, APAC, guest speaker at a number of industry conferences.
Awarded Asia Insurance Review “ Personality of the Year “ in 2011 for services to the insurance industry.
2010-2013. Promoted to Chairman AIG Asia-Pacific Region covering 16 countries, 22,000 employees and 11 billion dollars in revenue.
