Since joining Bayer India in 1998, KGK has made a significant impact across the Indian subcontinent, holding pivotal roles that drive business transformation and commercial success in an evolving retail environment.
Currently serving as the Country Commercial Lead for Bayer Vietnam, Crop Science Division, KGK is dedicated to fostering growth across people, businesses, and communities. He is passionate about adopting sustainable approaches and placing customers at the core of all initiatives. Prior to this handled various leadership roles in Sales, Marketing & strategic position across various function in South Asia.
KGK holds a Master of Science degree in Agriculture from U.A.S. Dharwad, India. His extensive industry knowledge, combined with a proven track record of strategic leadership, equips him with the expertise to align the right regions, stores, and portfolios for success.
