On Monday, 26 August 2024, EuroCham Vietnam, in collaboration with Women in Business (WIB), Pernod Ricard, and EQuest Asia, hosted a unique and engaging evening that combined creativity, networking, and insightful discussions. Titled “Build Your Leadership Story in Vietnam: A Lego® Serious Play® Creative Session with Cocktails,” the event brought together professionals from diverse industries to explore innovative ways of leadership and storytelling.
Participants were introduced to the Lego® Serious Play® (LSP) methodology, a dynamic process that encourages creative engagement, innovation, and problem-solving through the use of Lego bricks. Mrs. My Holland, a certified LSP facilitator, guided the session and helped attendees construct Lego models that represented their professional experiences and journeys in Vietnam. This hands-on approach allowed participants to unlock new perspectives on leadership, fostering deeper understanding and communication within teams.
The session was a perfect blend of learning and networking. Attendees had the opportunity to share their insights, exchange ideas with like-minded peers, and build valuable connections, all while enjoying a relaxed atmosphere with delicious drinks provided by Pernod Ricard.
