With the presence of 18 participants, on April 1st, 2021, the Gastronomic Dinners took place. ECV has the honor to organize monthly for its distinguished members and selected friends with an interest in business related to Europe, leaders in various businesses and industries. At yesterday's event, the co-owner and chef of Luk Lak restaurants – Madame Binh, who flew from Hanoi to personally cook at this event, successfully entertained the evening with a diverse vietnamese culinary sample, the result of her researches around Ethnic gastronomy along Vietnam, which were a discovery of flavors and colors that filled the audience with pleasure. We look forward to the new ECV Gourmet Dinner, which will take place next May 3rd, 2021.
