Deutsches Haus Ho Chi Minh City is proud to announce its latest achievement and milestone, securing LEED Platinum certification for Operation and Maintenance (O+M).

 

The first prestigious LEED Platinum certification for Building Design and Construction (BD+C) has been has been achived in 2017 for building, acknowledging its outstanding design and construction practices that prioritize energy efficiency, the use of high-quality materials, and the integration of advanced German technologies.

 

This additional LEED Platinum certification (O+M), Deutsches Haus Ho Chi Minh City further proves its position as a leader in sustainable practices, achieving excellence not only in its initial construction but also in its ongoing commitment to operational efficiency, tenant comfort, and environmental stewardship.

This dual certification underscores the building’s position as a pioneer in sustainable development, setting new industry benchmarks while serving as a testament to its commitment to environmental stewardship and occupant well-being.
