Binh Duong Customs Department has issued a Guiding Manual on Customs Dossier Manual for each type of exported and imported goods. This is the 3rd version of such publication with amendments and supplements following Decree No.59/2018/ND-CP and Circular No.39/2018/TT-BTC.
This Manual is expected to support officers and public servants of customs and enterprises community in export and import activities in Binh Duong province to implement customs procedures faster, more accurately and reduce the time for goods clearance.
