General information
The HR&T SC is the voice of EuroCham members on human resources, education and training issues in Vietnam. We engage with key stakeholders – including the Ministry of Labour, Invalids and Social Affairs (MOLISA), Ministry of Education and Training (MOET), the International Labour Organisation (ILO), the Vietnam Business Forum (VBF), the Vietnam Chamber of Commerce and Industry (VCCI) and European Parliament – to give voice to members’ concerns, advocate on their behalf, presenting recommendations to policy makers.
We raise awareness and provides updates to the EuroCham community at large on outstanding ongoing changes related to labour and education legislation in Vietnam. Key interests include subleasing, work permits and immigration, overtime, probation, social security, and corporate social responsibility initiatives, among others.
Our committee also harnesses the expertise of its members to organize and deliver regular education and training programmes for Eurocham members and partners.
Please be informed that EuroCham Sector Committees are self-financed, self-governed bottom-up entitites. Thus, the activities are limited by membership fees and focus areas set by the members of the Sector Committee. For HR&T SC, the 2020 membership fees are as follows:
- 3,500,000 for Large Enterprises
- 1,750,000 for SME
- 800,000 for Individual
- Pro-rata based
