Our speakers:
- Mr. Benedict Bingham is the International Monetary Fund’s Senior Regional Resident Representative for Vietnam and Laos from Oct 2007. He joined the IMF in 1994 and has worked as an economist in the African Department in Zimbabwe, South Africa and Kenya, the Fiscal Affairs Department in Egypt and Pakistan, and the Asia and Pacific Department in Indonesia and Mekong Countries. Before coming to Vietnam, he worked as the Mission Chief to Lao P.D.R.
Mr. Bingham gained B.Sc. in Economics from Bristol University in 1985 and M.Sc. from Southampton University in 1986. He is an esteemed speaker at many important economics events.
