Working in Vietnam means working in a rapidly developing economy with fast changing and often multi-cultural working environments. This brings along many challenges in the workplace. Our speakers:
 

- Mr. Ton Voogt, Psychologist (Masters) from the Netherlands, specialized in Clinical Psychology and Group Therapy, with over 30 years experience in Corporate Training and Coaching. Besides active Corporate Trainer and Coach, Ton Voogt is a founding member of the board of Schouten Training, a leading European Institute on training and organization development with offices in Europe, the USA and China and a 600 employed trainers and an additional 2.000 working for them on a regular free-lance basis. Mr. Voogt is regularly ask as a lecturer for a variaty of audiences in Europe and the USA.

- Mr. Hans Andersson holds advanced degrees in Behavioural Science and Cross-Cultural Relations from University of Stockholm, Sweden. He is an internationally certified Executive Coach specializing in coaching Asian and Western managers working in a multinational / international business environment in Asia. Mr. Andersson has over 20 years of Cross-cultural research and training experience, having trained over 10.000 people from 57 different nations working in Western multinationals operating in the Asia region.
