Event highlights
To mark the 10th anniversary, we added a few highlight to programme
- A booth organised by EVBN, providing guests a exclusive opportunity to taste of different products from Bulgaria, France and Portugal
- To raise awareness on the EU-Vietnam Free Trade Agreement and its significant future impact on trade of food and drinks between the EU and Vietnam, EuroCham organised a Quiz on Geographical Indications
- As the 14th of May is also World Fair Trade Day, 2 local organisations joined showcasing products and sharing information
Media coverage
The Food Festival was on air on news section of 6 TV channels VTV4, VITV, VTC10, QPVN, some of them were repeated both in English and Vietnamese several times. In addition, 33 online articles were published in major publications such as Nhan Dan Online, VOV, Vietnam Net, Dan Tri, Talk Vietnam, The Word and other Events listing forums which are well-known for everyone to search for upcoming events in town including Hanoi Grapevine, Wassup and Whereevent.
We believe the European Food Festival this year was more visible to the public, especially the Vietnamese community with amplified social media network coverage. There were more posts on Facebook and LinkedIn. Facebook post generated about 1,000 reach while each LinkedIn got 1,800-2,000 impressions.
