Position Papers

EuroCham's position papers present our members' most pressing issues on doing business, trade and investment and are the most visible form of our lobbying and advocacy work in Vietnam.

We deliver our position papers to the relevant authority(ies) in the form of an official letter or through presentations at events such as the Vietnam Business Forum (VBF). They are usually structured by listing the item first, then the issue in detail and followed by an appropriate recommendation. On receiving a reply from the authorities, we then send a response and plan follow-up activities.
