The EuroCham Corporate Partnership programme was launched in 2007 and provides a premium level of service to our members. By consolidating our individual sponsorship and advertising packages, we provide an ideal marketing solution for your products and brands over a one-year period at a discounted rate.
The programme includes priority sponsorship rights to EuroCham’s high-profile events, access to the key decision makers and stakeholders from Vietnamese, European and regional authorities at our Executive Meetings, free VIP, business breakfast and business luncheon seats and further discounts on EuroCham advertising on top of the member rate.

Lobbying and Events
Sponsor up to three EuroCham events*
Choose from a wide selection of events held by EuroCham throughout the year, including business breakfasts, luncheons, briefings, networking evenings and special events, with the possibility for senior executives from your company to present at these events. Your company logo will be displayed in a prominent position on all publicity and documentation such as flyers, ticketing, banners, backdrops, standees, advertisements and posters (where applicable). Your company may display company literature, establish a company booth or table and run a corporate video during registration and at the end of the event (where applicable). Your company name will be mentioned in the opening and closing speeches of all sponsored events, and in all related press releases and conferences (where applicable). Two free seats will be available per sponsored event.

Attend two ‘EuroCham Executive Meetings'*
Gain privileged access to top Vietnamese and European government officials during a 30-45 long minute ‘Executive Meeting’ at one of our EuroCham Business Briefing events. These sessions will be open to a maximum of six sponsors and will allow to you to address specific issues of interest and concern directly to the relevant authority. Sponsors of our Business Briefings with leading officials also receive branding on all publicity and documentation at the events themselves, recognition in our opening speech at the event, seating at the head table for lunch with our guest speaker, and four additional complimentary seats for your guests at the event.

Reserve six free VIP seats
Join selected business breakfasts, luncheons and seminars throughout the year on the VIP table (not necessarily at those events your company has sponsored). Use all six VIP tickets for one event or spread your allocation throughout the year.

Join with your colleagues and friends at EuroCham’s special events held throughout the year, such as the annual European Food Festival. Use all ten tickets for one special event or spread them throughout the year.
