EuroCham offers a wide range of business development and support services aimed at helping individuals, companies and organizations to do business more effectively in Vietnam. How can you find the right people to talk to when investigating business opportunities in Vietnam? Where are the most suitable places to site a factory? Who could be potential reliable business partners for your enterprise? We can take the pain out of time-consuming questions by using our extensive network of contacts and partners to help you with your research.

You do not need to be a member of EuroCham to make use of these services, though we strongly advise membership to benefit from multiple discounts on service fees and charges.

Please note at present, we do not offer certain services such as market research and business consultancy. Through our Business Referrals commitment to our members, queries regarding such services are sent on to our members providing serices in these areas. We suggest you access our the online directory and view our members and the sectors they are involved in before sending an enquiry to us.

Business appointments and partner searches

We can help you organize meetings with local and foreign companies, organizations and government bodies in Vietnam to help find buyers, suppliers, agents and manufacturers.

Trade missions to Vietnam

EuroCham can prepare trade missions for visiting delegations to explore business opportunities with local and foreign companies and organizations in Vietnam. We can build suitable and cost-effective schedules for your requirements in Vietnam, including reserving accommodation, booking transportation and hiring interpreters for your visit.

Event organization

With our experience with event organization, we are very willing to assist other companies and organizations prepare their events in Vietnam. We can logostics services for seminars, conferences and opening ceremonies for companies and associations, including the delivery of invitations and organization of media participation. With EuroCham endorsement, we can help publicize your upcoming event through our e-Bulletin, mailshots and website.

Trade listings

We can provide trade and industry listings of Vietnamese, European and international companies and organizations in Vietnam, including agents, distributors and manufacturers with full contact details (where available).

Corporate profiles

We can provide tailored-made profiles of selected Vietnamese businesses and organizations.

Travel arrangements

To help your logistical support we can provide travel arrangement services for companies and organizations e.g. the booking of hotels and flights, car, minvan and coach hire.

Interpretation and translation

We can support your business needs in Vietnam by providing competent interpreters in a number of languages to translate to and from Vietnamese, and to translate documents into Vietnamese from certain languages and vice versa.

Distribution of documents, Mailshots, e-Mailshots/blasts

We can distribute certain documents to EuroCham member companies and organizations by mail, fax or email. Content has to be approved by EuroCham in advance. The EuroCham Newsletter also allows loose advertisements (as flyers) to be inserted within the newsletter for distribution. Click here for more information.

Important notes:

  • In order to regulate the number of emails we send to our members, we do not allow electronic mailshots/blasts from our email account except in rare instances.
  • Fees will be based on a number of factors including, but not limited to, the number, weight, and scope of distribution of the mailshot and whether items such as packaging, labels and printing of the contents are provided by the client or EuroCham.

Meeting Room and Garden rental

We offer members and non-members our meeting room and garden at the EuroCham's office in Ho Chi Minh City for hire throughout the year. The meeting room can host a maximum of 40 people (seated) and the garden has hosted events with up to 1,000 attendees (standing). These venues have proved ideal for business functions, social gatherings and parties.

  • About the premises:

    The ‘EuroVilla', the home of EuroCham in Ho Chi Minh City, is a Bavarian-styled two storey building once used by the German Government for their diplomatic activities in the city. Set in beautiful gardens, the EuroVilla has been the home of EuroCham for over five years, and boasts ample parking for vehicles and motorcycles, a back-up generator and 24 hour security. The EuroVilla is conveniently located on Hoang Van Thu Street in Tan Binh District between the e-town office complex, Tan Son Nhat International Airport and the Parkroyal Hotel.
 

  • About the EuroVilla meeting room:

    The meeting room within the EuroVilla can seat up to 40 people maximum and is available throughout the year (subject to availability). Complete with projector, laptop, sound system, multiple power supply, flip-chart and whiteboard, the meeting room is ideal for business seminars, functions and social gatherings and has a separate entrance from the main office.   • About the EuroVilla garden:

    Able to host up to 800 people for parties and concerts and decorated by the 27 flags of the European Union member states, the garden is available for corporate events, exhibitions or events throughout the year (subject to availability). In recent years, the garden has been used for a number of company parties, concerts, fashion shows, expos, wine-tasting events and the annual EuroCham Food Festival! Moreover, we can help arrange extra and special lighting, sound systems, marquee, booths and staging, seating and flooring, backup generators and WCs, provide banner and signage printing, and ensure extra parking space and additional security for your event(s).

Short-term office space available

Situated in the Sofitel Plaza Hanoi overlooking West Lake, the EuroCham office in Hanoi is conveniently located between the commercial and cultural centre of Hanoi and Noi Bai International Airport. Recently refurbished, the office benefits from its location within an internationally renowned hotel which is a focal point for the business community in the capital.

  • About the office space:

    EuroCham's office in Hanoi offers desks that are ideal for start-up companies to use on a short-term basis. The office features telephone, fax, ADSL lines, post and cleaning services and can be used around the clock.

Display corporate literature at the EuroCham offices

Why not use our office frontage to increase visibility of your company? We have display shelves at our offices in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City and can allow up to 50 corporate brochures, leaflets or namecards for display which are rotated every three months. Due to space limitations, literature may not be displayed immediately and will be held in a queue.

Should you wish for EuroCham to display your corporate literature at our offices, please send copies (one version only and no larger than A4) to our addresses listed here. We cannot accept company branded standees and brochure display racks.

This service is free and is open to members and non-members. Priority is given to EuroCham member literature.
