Advertising & Sponsorship

We have developed an extensive range of advertising and sponsorship opportunities for our members (and in some cases, non-members) to promote their brands and increase recognition of their products and services.

If you are intending to take advantage of a number of our advertising and sponsorship opportunities throughout the year, we strongly recommend you become a EuroCham Corporate Partner. Alongside benefits such as priority sponsorship rights and free tickets to events, considerable savings can be made on advertising.

Due to national regulation, we are not permitted to send any of our printed publications to destinations outside of Vietnam.

EuroCham Membership Directory

Our flagship publication, the Directory is an indispensable reference tool for the business community in Vietnam. Issued annually since 2004, the current Directory contains over 600 member profiles and some 1,200 Chamber Representatives. All members receive a free copy in April, as do the chamber's partners in Vietnam, who include key Vietnamese Government ministries and departments, diplomatic missions, and local and international business associations and agencies. The Directory is often presented to VIP guest speakers and attendees to our events. Additional copies can be purchased for 50 EUR by members and non-members.

• Circulation: 1,600 copies.
• Frequency: Once annually.
• Release: April.
• Ad dimensions: Please refer to the registration form available to download below.
• Ad pages: Approx. 30 of approx. 600 pages. Advertisers' logos are displayed on a full page in the Advertisers' Index.
• Ad opportunities: Full, half and quarter-page slots are available. An advertiser can take a full page, a double-page spread, or multiple pages, which can be bled or non-bled on normal or tabbed pages. There is also the opportunity to take an inside front cover fold-out option. There is no difference in cost between black-and-white and full-colour advertisements, so we encourage all advertisers to submit their advertisements in full colour.
• Binding and paper: Our Directory has changed size since the first edition was published in 2004, reflecting our membership base. This means the type and dimensions of the paper have changed too! We consult our printer at the end of each year to advise us what binding and paper should used for the next Directory, which may differ from previous years. Website

Our website is the focal point for our latest news and events, online event registration, the membership directory, information on EuroCham including our lobbying activities, services, advertising and sponsorship, and useful sections on doing business with Vietnam and the EU.

Information

• Ad display: Changes when a new webpage is opened or page is refreshed. The advertisements are always visible to those browsing the website.
• Ad dimensions: 240 by 142 pixels.
• Duration: Quarterly, and yearly slots available.
• Ad slots: Three ad slots stacked vertically.
• Ad opportunities: Slots are available for advertisements or logo display on the website.
• Availability: Advertising is open to EuroCham members and non-members.

Discount Handbook

The pocket-sized annual EuroCham Discount Partner Handbook contains listings of companies who are participating in our Discount Partner programme by offering our members a special offer or discount. The booklet is delivered to all members throughout Vietnam in April (at the same time as the EuroCham Membership Directory). One additional copy can be requested per member at no charge (dependent on stocks).

Newsletter

Published quarterly, the EuroCham Newsletter is delivered to all members and EuroCham partners, and includes a review of the chamber’s activities over the last three months and articles on trade and investment and economic and legal developments in Vietnam.

• Frequency: Quarterly.
• Release: January, April, July, October.
• Ad dimensions: 9 x 12.5cm
• Ad pages: 4 out of 16 pages. Up to 3 flyer insertions.
• Ad opportunities: Full slots available only. An advertiser can take a full page, a double-page spread, or multiple pages, which can be bled or non-bled. There is no difference in cost between black-and-white and full-colour advertisements, so we encourage all advertisers to submit their advertisements in full colour.
  Loose advertisements must not be more than one single page of A4 card (folded or flat).

EuroCham membership card and membership card holder

The EuroCham membership card and accompanying membership card holder is sent to all members when they join EuroCham and renew their membership. The credit-card sized membership card proves membership of EuroCham (and affiliated business associations where applicable). Members show the card at events to ensure speedier registration and at venues participating in our Discount Programme to be eligible for the benefits on offer. Advertisers’ logos and other information are placed on the back of each membership card and on the top half of the back cover of the membership card holder (an A6 sized holder that neatly presents each membership card when it is delivered to members).

Sponsorship

Sponsorship opportunities are offered throughout the year for most of EuroCham events. To source sponsors, we send email alerts and messages in our e-Bulletin alerting our members to upcoming sponsorship opportunities, with specific members occasionally contacted directly to sponsor an event if the content of the event matches their profile. We encourage any member who may be interested in joining us as a sponsor to contact our team to make us aware of your specific interests and profile so that we are able to alert you to the opportunities that best match your publicity objectives.

If you are a company or organization looking at sponsoring a number of events throughout the year as part of your marketing strategy, we strongly advise you become a EuroCham Corporate Partner and gain first choice of sponsorship rights to a number of events.

General benefits for event sponsors:

• Sponsors' logos displayed in prominent positions on all event publicity and documentation such as flyers, ticketing, banners, backdrops, standees, advertisements and posters.
• Sponsor can display company literature, establish a company booth or table and run a corporate video during registration and at the end of the event.
• Sponsor's name mentioned in the opening and closing speeches of all sponsored events, and in all related press releases and conferences.
• In most cases, sponsors are provided with free tickets to the event and invited to be seated at the VIP table.
