General Information
Aims & Objectives:
IPR Sector Committee consists of representatives of law firms and the industry.
Being reactivated since last quarter of 2012, the IPR Sector Committee has gradually build up its partnership with Vietnamese authorities in IPR aspect, including General Department of Customs, Inspectorate of Ministry of Science and Technology, Market Control Management, National Office of Intellectual Property, etc. Also, the Sector Committee provides members with a unique platform to share information, voice concern and raise recommendations, for a stronger enforcement of IPR protection in Vietnam.
