Project 30 to simplify Administrative Procedures (APs) now in implementation phase
Tue 27 Jul 2010The Vietnamese Government’s resolution number 25 on the simplification of 258 priority APs was adopted in early June. At the moment, functional ministries/sectors are drafting legal documents to concretize this resolution. The ACAPR Secretariat is now collecting feedbacks of all working groups on the simplification plans mentioned in this resolution in order to pass to the STF and relevant ministries/sectors to consider during the drafting.
Should you have any comments on any simplification plans in this resolution, please send to Secretariat in Vietnamese by 4pm, Monday 2 August 2010 with three points: name of the APs (exactly as in the attached resolution, functional ministry/sector, comments and reason).
