2010 IPR Enforcement Survey by European Commission
Wed 13 Oct 20102010 IPR Enforcement Survey by European Commission: The European Commission has recently launched a new survey regarding IPR protection and enforcement in third countries, targeting the EU companies that are established and/or operating in third countries. The replies to this survey will be taken into account by the Directorate General for Trade of the European Commission in reviewing its priorities in the area of IPR protection and enforcement. In particular, it will enable the European Commission to update its list of "priority countries" (cf. IPR Enforcement Report 2009).
This survey will close on 31 October 2010. Given the fact that Vietnam is one of the countries whose IPR protection and enforcement are closely monitored, we would be greatly appreciative and grateful if you could participate in this survey.
The EU Delegation’s Trade and Economic Officer, Mr.Le Ky Anh (tel: 04 3941 0099 ext 8282; email: Anh.LE@ec.europa.eu ), will be at your disposal should you have any further enquiries regarding this survey.
