VEUBF launches Corporate Governance Handbook

The Vietnam-EU Business Forum (VEUBF) launched its landmark guide to Corporate Governance for Vietnamese enterprises in Hanoi on June 25. Published in both English and Vietnamese, the guide is available in both printed and online versions and will be distributed to the nation’s leading listed and equitizing enterprises. Co-authored by the VEUBF and Ernst & Young Vietnam, the guide offers an overview of international best practice in the area of Corporate Governance, as well as analysing local legislation and regulations in this vital area.
