EuroCham Executive Board 2010 Elected

The EuroCham Annual General Meeting (AGM) was held simultaneously in Hanoi and HCMC on Thursday 11th March 2010. At the AGM, the Executive Board presented the Chamber’s activities, the Chamber’s accounts were approved and the 2010 EuroCham new Executive Board was voted by the members. Full Article

Draft Circular on Price Registration from the Ministry of Finance (MOF) - Comments Requested in Consultation Period until February 22nd

A Draft Circular on pricing issued by the Ministry of Finance (“MOF”) was posted on the MOF website on 24 December 2009. This Circular would impose three levels of price controls on a broad variety of products, including petrol, gas, steel, cement, rice, milk, salt and sugar. The period for public review and consultation should last at least until 22 February 2010. Full Article
