Known in the past as a haven for trademark infringers and counterfeit goods, Vietnam has in recent years taken clear strides to improve the protection of intellectual property rights, giving brand-owners increased confidence in the market and more incentive to innovate. Come to this World Intellectual Property Day roundtable event to hear experts from Vietnam and abroad discuss new changes and trends in IPR enforcement in Vietnam (and what still needs to be done), strategies for dealing with “overlapping rights,” and other interesting topics from the IP space.
Special exhibit: Road-show display from Tilleke & Gibbins’ world-famous Museum of Counterfeit Goods. Can you tell the real goods from the fakes? You might be surprised.
