Dear Member,
We are pleased to inform you that EuroCham Annual General Meeting (AGM) 2010 will take place on Thursday, 11th March 2010 simultaneously in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City.
The AGM is held to share with our members on our activities, achievements and plans and to elect a new Executive Committee representing your business interest and raising the members’ voice for the year 2010-2011.
We are pleased to inform you that EuroCham Annual General Meeting (AGM) 2010 will take place on Thursday, 11th March 2010 simultaneously in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City.
The AGM is held to share with our members on our activities, achievements and plans and to elect a new Executive Committee representing your business interest and raising the members’ voice for the year 2010-2011.
Venues:
- In Ho Chi Minh City: Sofitel Plaza, Ground Floor, 17 Le Duan Blvd., District 1.
- In Hanoi: Sofitel Plaza Hanoi, Hoi An Room, 2nd Floor, 1 Thanh Nien Road, Ba Dinh District.
Time: from 18:00 hrs- 21:30 hrs

• To register to attend the AGM 2010 in Hanoi, please call Dieu Linh (Ms.) at tel: (04) 3715 2228 or via email linh@eurochamvn.org
• To register to attend the AGM 2010 in HCMC, please call Thanh Thuy (Ms) at tel: (08) 3827 2715 or via email thanhthuy@eurochamvn.org.
• In case you can not attend, please fill in the PROXY FORM and fax it to EuroCham offices in Hanoi via (04) 3715 2218 and in HCMC via (08) 3827 2743 before Monday 8th, March. Your presence and/or your proxy are both crucial to ensure the quorum that needs to be reached for the AGM election.
Please note that only Ordinary Members having paid their membership dues for 2010 will have the voting right and can stand for election.
We look forward to welcoming you to this special and important AGM of 2010 and your spouses/ partners are cordially invited to join.
The EuroCham Board and staff will be pleased to meet with you at the cocktail dinner reception organized after the AGM in both cities.
