EuroCham hosts a range of informative, stimulating and enjoyable events throughout the year. While most events are open to both EuroCham members and non-members, members enjoy special rates on event registration and have priority seating allocation.

Our Event Managers in our offices in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City are responsible for organizing events on timely subjects and hot topics, and we welcome suggestions for potential future events and activities. Get in touch with our Event Managers with your suggestions through the contacts below.

EuroCham events

Business Briefings: Hosting powerbrokers and decision makers from the Vietnamese and European authorities, our Business Briefings offer high-calibre, high-profile opportunities for members and sponsors to meet with the movers and shakers of local and foreign government, business and industry.

Executive Meetings: Often held prior to a main event, such as a Business Briefing, our Executive Meetings allow for invited guests (normally the event’s sponsors) to have a 30-45 minute private or small group discussion with the main speaker.

Business Breakfasts & Luncheons: Held on average once per month in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City, our Business Breakfasts & Luncheons provide opportunities for members to keep up-to-date with new developments and network at convenient times of day (either extended breakfasts or lunch hours respectively).

Networking Evenings: Our frequent Networking Evenings held in Vietnam’s trendiest bars, restaurants and venues allow our members and friends to network and make new acquaintances.

Special events: EuroCham offers a number of special events each year, including seminars, forums, exhibitions, and the annual European Food Festival held in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City. Attracting large audiences, our special events and are a great way to meet locals and expatriates alike.

Co-hosted events: We are open to suggestions to co-host events with member companies, fellow business associations and organizations in Vietnam and from overseas to help the business community at large.
