ARTICLE 15. AUDITOR
One or more qualified persons not members of the Executive Committee shall be elected as Auditors at each Annual EUROPEAN CHAMBER OF COMMERCE Meetings. They shall be required to audit the annual accounts of the EUROPEAN CHAMBER OF COMMERCE and the accounts for any periods as required by the Executive Committee.
