ARTICLE 12. REPORTING
Within one (1) month preceding every Annual EUROPEAN CHAMBER OF COMMERCE Meeting, the Executive Committee shall submit to the Advisory Committee a written report on the operations of the EUROPEAN CHAMBER OF COMMERCE for the previous twelve (12) months period. The Executive Committee Chairperson shall submit the report, and if available, the recommendations of the Advisory Committee and the Members thereon, to the EU Delegation in Vietnam.
