Type of Membership

Ordinary Corporate Member (OC) (voting right of 1 vote)	Companies with a legal presence in Vietnam that are: a. Companies established under EU laws, or; b. Majority-owned subsidiaries of such companies, or; c. Companies with substantial ties to the EU.	EUR

	> and have 500 or more employees and/or are publicly listed***	900
Associate Corporate Member (AC) (no voting right)	1) Any company established under the laws of Vietnam, or; 2) Any company established under EU laws, without a legal presence in Vietnam, that are: a) Majority-owned subsidiaries of such companies, or; b) Companies with substantial ties to the EU
	> and have less than 500 employees**	450
	> and have 500 or more employees and/or are public listed***	900
* Only 1 Nominated Representative per Ordinary Corporate Membership is entitled to voting rights. Corporate Members with less than 500 employees in Vietnam and which are not publicly listed anywhere in the world are entitled to nominate 2 Representatives who will receive Membership Cards * Corporate Members with more than 500 employees in Vietnam or that are publicly listed anywhere in the world are entitled to nominate 4 Representatives who will receive Membership Cards
Ordinary Individual Member (OI)*** (voting right of 1 vote)	EU nationals who are not in any way representing or employed by an EU company and are ordinarily resident in Vietnam*	250
Associate Individual Member (AI)*** (no voting right)	EU nationals who are not in any way representing or employed by an EU company and are ordinarily not resident in Vietnam**	250
* Individuals who are nationals of any EU Member State and who can demonstrate to the satisfaction of the Executive Committee that they are actively involved in business, trade, investment and/or other permitted activities in Vietnam and the EU but who are not ordinarily resident in Vietnam Individuals who are nationals of any EU Member State and who can demonstrate to the satisfaction of the Executive Committee that they are actively involved in business, trade, investment and/or other permitted activities in Vietnam and/or the EU but who are not ordinarily resident in Vietnam * Individuals who are working for companies which are eligible to become Members shall become either Ordinary or Associate Corporate Members, as the case may be, not Individual Members.
